Using the technique for closure?

Let's say we wanted to let someone go, but for whatever reason still think of them .or .. We want to apologize to someone but do not have an actual way to do so. Do you all think it'd be a good idea to use this technique for closure , and/or saying goodbye to someone? Could this technique be helpful for those of us that want to move on from a person of interest or even a friendship?
If it is a good idea, how would we visualize that? Just apologize and release them ? Or would it be better to do nothing at all and just 'let go'?

I would do PW and say goodbye AND hear them respond to you in a way that makes YOU feel good.
Maybe CTC..I'm not familiar with that meditation...

You might want to do the cord cutting meditation.
