Hello sisters!!
I've realised that my POI started distancing himself from be because i was becoming insecure and i feared that he will leave me one day .. it was my thoughts that drove him away.. i stopped focusing on my life or my self, stopped working out , started eating junk in depression. So when i read Lanie's books I stopped all that immediately.
Now i feel things didnt work out because i needed this time to work on myself.
Now i go to the gym everyday, i do meditations, yoga and eat clean .. i feel good about it..
I just wanted to know what other things you all do to feel better for self love so that may be i could try those too
