Hey ladies! New to the forum! I've been reading all the stories and whatnot for a while. I've been using the technique for about 2 months on my poi. Here's a small backstory: he's divorced with a child. When I met him I instantly knew he was more than your average hookup. I felt instantly drawn to him, So did he, we even joked about the connection. The first night we met we pulled an all nighter, just talking and getting to know each other. This has gone on for about 6 months now off and on. We are in contact roughly once a week, however mostly initiated by me. Today I log into facebook and see a post of him with another girl. I'm trying not to let it bother me but it's not easy. I have been focusing on myself, taking yoga classes and cooking classes. I think just seeing it was a shock, I've been so convinced he was coming back. Any tips on how to deal?

Hi sweetie welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what six months "off and on" means exactly but that's a long time to have a casual relationship. Relationships either move forward and grow or remain as a friendship. If you are the one that is mostly initiating contact I would stop doing it. Don't be constantly available to him when he wants to get together for a hookup.

When you use the technique your body, mind and spirit need to be engaged and believing the outcome you are visualizing. For instance, if your body wants him and your mind doesn't believe you can have him, you are not in alignment to manifest him as a mate. So make sure that you believe it is possible, believe that you deserve him, see your self with him, see him with no one else. :-)
