If I'm mad at him for how he's behaved, should I take a break from PW?

I know it can be used negatively and for revenge but shouldn't be, but honestly I just want him to feel upset about me having had enough right now of his foolishness

Not sure if while I feel emotional about his actions I should continue

Maybe when you're feeling angry do the reverse PW on him, where he's begging for you to return to him and you give him the cold shoulder and say he's gotta earn any attention from you again. Then have him say he'll change his behavior/all the things you are angry about. But do it as if you couldn't care less about him until he's that tearful changed man in front of you.

I tried manifesting an apology but I was told that it should not be done & it wont manifest as it is coming from your ego. But isnt it that from most of the things we desire, some of them are actually from our ego? I mean we are humans after all..

The idea that you're not supposed to manifest an apology is not part of Lanie's method. In her guided meditation, he apologises for hurting you, and promises not to hurt you anymore. I suggest you get the PW guided meditation and use that for a while. (This would not be the one with 3 minutes of silence.)

There is nothing wrong with lashing out in anger when someone has hurt you. I think using the technique is a good way to vent that emotion. You're not harming them or wishing harm to them. You are just honestly telling them how you feel. Those emotions get to them just as well and rapidly as any other emotion sent. I have done it many times. :-)

Hi Lanie,
if Im angry about something and tell him how I feel will that push him away? When you did that did you then have him say he was sorry...how did you end the meditation?

Yes, even I would like to know what happens when you vent out your anger during PW? Sometimes I end up in tears & anger due to the emotions. Does the POI feel that too? Wont that make him run away even further? Do they feel the guilt?

It may be good to get to the root problem of why he hurt you and visualize that as well. Something along the lines of "I hurt you because I was insecure bla bla bla and I was insecure because of bla bla bla". You know this person best and the words will flow freely when you think about it in those terms. our higher selves know.
There was another post on here I read awhile ago that for PW to work better sometimes you have to address their issues. They may be more apt to contact you once they realize why they were an Assclown to begin with. Sorry I dont have the link to the thread.

Another way to help your anger is to do the cut the cord meditation. Its harder to be angry when you sever the emotional connection and the power they have over you.
