My poi texted me and told me he still thinks of me and wrote me telling me that he wants to "move on"? why did he need to text ?? lol He then said he was sorry for everything. PW is getting to him

Wow issy! That's awesome. After all you're giving up posts here he comes back! Lol. Did you keep with the pw or did you really move on? This could be a vital piece we need to hear.

I did pw like once a week and was no contact off and on for 6 months

I am soo happy for you because you were so doubthful and lost hope and you thought your situation is immposible. Now you see these techniques work and whole time while you were worrying if it works, his subconscious was little by little reprogramed :D

Issy - when you said you were done "moving on" did you actually stop PW or were you still doing it once a week? This is an interesting which I believe applies to a lot of individuals on this forum who want to give up. I'm so darn curious. Even though the msg was mixed emotions from your guy - I'm sure you were shaking your damn head. Men! I'll be keeping my eye on your post. Stay in your power sister.

I still did it once or twice a week I've also been doing the whisper technique along with it. After I said I was giving up I stopped feeling sad and started feeling like we were together now.
