I haven't spoken to this  particular ex in 2 years nor have I  cared enough to do pussy whip or any kind of meditation on him. But from time to time I sensed  that he still had strong sexual desires for me. Today he finds me on a dating website and messages me. He is remembering the good old times we had together. He talks to me as if I were still his wife. He wants to marry me again.

I tell him that I have long forgotten about him, and he should forget the past. He begs me for my number....I refuse to give it to him lol POW! BAM! RIGHT IN THE NUTZ!  Then I close the chat.

By doing Lanie method , I managed to get back one of the exes. This jerk had blocked me out of the blue. So I did cutting the cord to get my power back  and I did it only once. Then within less than a week he unblocked me and called me. That's when I let his petty ass have it. I wiped the floor with him and he was stuttering and nervously laughing trying to change the subject. I told him people like him who act holier than thou are shit and than I blocked his ass. That's when I truly became a Goddess. I love standing up for myself-its just so powerful. 

Baby, you do meditation when ever it feel good. there is no rule that u have to do all. u can pick whichever meditation u want at any given time when u feel like doing one. I don't make them a chore. I do whenever I feel I want to relax and be peaceful. they should never feel exhausting. they should make u feel refreshed. i look forward to meditating. its a joy.

Cutting the Cord Meditation by Lanie is an absolute MUST! I urge anyone to start with that one. Oh my Goodness it is so sweet and liberating. Honestly I found myself giggling in the middle of it -cuz of how small the other person became and how much more powerful I became. Very life changing and you can always come back to it whenever you want. Have this as your armor and base foundation for you. Take back your power-so amazing.
