Thank you so much for sharing your success story, Nathalia!  I know it will give encouragement to sisters who aren't sure if the technique works because they haven't gotten confirmation.  It works!  Whether they contact you or not they can't help but think of you constantly as your post confirms.  Sometimes it takes a while but in every case where I've used this technique they have confirmed (even if it was after a year) the EXACT thoughts I was sending to them.

You can tell him in your visualization that therapy would benefit him and hear him telling you he needs therapy.  :-)

Cutting the Cord empowers you and prevents you from feeling over-stressed, worried, fretful and fearing the worst.  Negative thoughts are easily transferred to the other person so it also keeps negativity contained so he won't feel it.  It doesn't cause distance between you but it will and you control it.  If you feel that you need to reconnect you can do it easily by just intentionally connecting OR meditating and using the technique.  :-)

It's only been a week and he sounds very angry and resentful.  Men who love you don't break up over text unless they want to punish you usually.  I would use the PW technique to connect to him and send him love.  It'll soften his heart and make him miss you loving him.  If there was a lack of sexual attraction I'd also use the remote seduction technique on him to ignite the fire.  Remember, you're entangled with him in a special way so USE IT!  :-)
