I used Lanie's guided mp3s until I got the hang of it more. Some days it's still harder than others. I've noticed a few times that I've really connected strongly to the person, I receive info or a reaction from them back too.

Its a really good sign that you're in the right brain wave state. 

I've started doing PW in a group with a few other girls and we're finding it helps on the tough ones. We get together online and we all focus on the same person at once. Each of us has a turn with the group working on the target of our choice. 

I haven't read the book that includes Lanie's love spell. What are you guys using to anoint your candles? If you feel there's a blockage you can use eucalyptus or peppermint (or other clearing oils) to cut through their blockage to help your spell get through.
