I know the feeling! Its hard not to worry when you have been burnt in the past, but try not to focus on that. I tend to see it as a lesson of what not you want in a man, and that we deserve to be treated so so much better! So we will attract our loves or someone better because we deserve it xx

Thanks dear!! Yes we do deserve .:also doing the techniques help raise our vibrations and I think the sessions are extra good when you're feeling good about yourself and more confident!! 💓

Also, I'm not focusing on that (it was a gradual process) but if I really have to find my 'doubts' I think that should be it..but I had a great day today for no particular reason at all!! ThTs the best I think..to just feel great n feel love for everything because that's our nature...that of love ❤️
