Hi ladies (and guys), I've been away for a while, as I felt like I really needed a break to take care of myself ! I also haven't been doing the technique as a nightly thing (just when it feels good) but finally, after a year and some months , we talked ! 😄 I don't want this to get too long, and I'm sure there aren't many people aware of my backstory but basically I've been  through ups and downs...I've quit and restarted a couple times 😬..and it's been a journey! And also.. I may have broken the rules and reached out first..(but in my case I pretty much had to..) since closure was the goal. What happens next is well...up to God (or universe) at this point. Anyway, if there's any questions go for it ! Nothing too deep has happened yet, no grand declarations of love,  but I just wanted to share that finally I've gotten some success 💛! And now that the person is actually in communication, I guess I could use the technique and actually see how they respond instead of wondering.

I think the first thing I think you should do is shift your mindset . Specifically the "I'm afraid it isn't salvageable because everything I've put him through" part. Shift the thoughts that he may be difficult to get. Even shift the thoughts that he's mad at you.
Think of why you really feel the way you do in relationships (the jealousy, the insecurities) and work on changing those thoughts as well. Basically whatever it is that's in the way, write affirmations that are the opposite and work on it. 💛
For example, I would think that my guy is being really stubborn and maybe he's mad at me. Well that definitely didn't put me in the right vibration to bring him back lol.  It just caused more blockages...So, I began convincing myself of the opposite. And knowing that these are just fears that I (or my ego) created...
But overall, I think you're actually doing very well. I mean he's already "back" a week later and you know not to chase.. Just keep at it :-)

I definitely understand how this is something to worry about . Thing is, worrying doesn't really help you here when this is about faith and letting go. You have to remember there are millions of ways someone can reconnect with you . Before finding PW/BWD my guy didn't have any of my info either , I let it go (completely btw. I was 100% done) and he called my name in the store. It was like seeing a ghost, very unexpected 😂.
So again, God/universe can bring things to you in ways you couldn't imagine.
(But then again, I may not know your backstory completely so you can disregard all of this if it doesn't apply...)
