I did not cut cords yet but 5 days I stopped doing BWD and I was enjoying my time with my family and friends. I did think about him but not more than few minutes. a day.
I will try reverse PW.

You don't want to visualize in third person, so you want to see him in front of you from YOUR point of view, like you would in reality. See you hands and feet and such.
